Based at the University of Melbourne’s Southbank campus, AICA Australia acknowledges that we are on the lands of the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurung people who have been custodians of this land for thousands of years.
We acknowledge and pay our respects to their Elders past and present and we recognise that sovereignty over their lands was never ceded. As a national organisation, AICA Australia also acknowledges the more than 500 Indigenous clan groups across the country, and we actively encourage Indigenous voices writing on art and culture.
