Jane Messenger is a Sydney based curator and author. Prior to establishing Messenger Art Advisory, she was the Curator of European and North American Art for the Art Gallery of South Australia. She oversaw the interpretation, display and expansion of a prestigious collection spanning the Renaissance through to Contemporary Art. She was also an Affiliate Lecturer Art History, School of History and Politics, University of Adelaide.
Jane steered projects with TATE (Britain), Saatchi Gallery, Bill Viola, Patricia Piccinini, Australia’s major national and state galleries, The David Roche Foundation and Detached Cultural Organisation.
